My Saturday Running Around Outfit
And Sunday I helped out at Gospel Fest 2012, a wonderful event that one of my friends Jacqueine Echols helped put on (make sure you check her out email@example.com to help with your next event). It was an event to honor and highlight choirs throughout the Seattle and Tacoma areas. It showcased the talent of local churches, community choirs, and artists that are all blessed to call the Great Northwest their home. This years participating choirs were Harmonic Diversity, In His Image, The Oliver's, and Greater Works (1st Places Winner). They were all truly amazing and very talented. Aside from the dynamic choirs, the Gospel Fest 2012 team partnered with Seattle Pacific University also brought out some legendary and heavy hitting artists, Lady Tramine Hawkins and the animated and energetic Pastor Dietrick Haddon. These two performers gave everyone a show to remember. They also had some GREAT performances from Seattle's own Michelle Lang & Still Water, Liberty University Choir from Virginia, Seattle Pacific University Choir, and Sounds of the Northwest. It was truly an AWESOME event and the highlight of my weekend. I don't think I could've ended it in any better way. I can't wait until next years event.
